How does Same-Day Delivery work?
We offer Same-Day Delivery based on the delivery distance from our store. Within 3 km: place your order before 4:00 PM to receive it by 8:00 PM on the same day. Beyond 3 km (within our delivery area): place your order before 3:00 PM for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off can be scheduled for any future date and time.
What are your delivery timings?
Our store is open 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM. Deliveries are accepted until 8:00 PM. During checkout you can select your preferred delivery date and available time slot.
How much notice is required for a customised cake?
We recommend placing customised cake orders at least 24 hours in advance. For large, premium or theme cakes, 2–3 days in advance is recommended to ensure the best quality and design.
Do you offer Eggless cakes?
Yes. Most of our cakes are available in Egg and Eggless variants. Eggless carries a small surcharge of ₹100/kg up to 3 kg; above 3 kg the price is the same as egg. Simply choose your preferred option before adding the cake to your cart.
Can I order from another city or country for delivery in Trichy?
Absolutely. You can place an order from anywhere in the world — we calculate delivery charges based on the recipient's delivery address, not your current location.
Can I schedule a cake for a future date?
Yes. You can pre-order cakes for any future date and available delivery time during checkout. We recommend booking early for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
Can I add a message to my cake?
Yes. You can add a complimentary message to your cake during checkout — simply enter the message you'd like us to write.
What if my delivery address is outside your service area?
If the delivery address is outside our delivery radius, the website will notify you during checkout. You may contact our team to check if a special delivery arrangement is possible.
