DELIVERY POLICY

Included in our guidelines are approximate delivery times. An exact time may not be practical most of the time due to unpredictable traffic conditions. If your order involves deliveries to multiple addresses, we require separate orders filled out for each.
Cakes are hand finished by highly skilled and experienced chefs. Still a 100% match up of colour and brightness of colours to the photographs shown is not feasible. Expect 80 to 85% match with the pictures given. We assure you that each cake will be a masterpiece in quality, style and taste. There is a minimum of 3 hours in advance for express delivery cake orders. It is a good idea to check with us while you order, if your requirements involve out of the normal quick delivery schedules. We respect all delivery schedules. Yet, unforeseen circumstances pop up. Customers will be duly informed during such odd times.
